What shipping methods are availbale?
We have several shipping options which you can choose in the checkout page. We offer shipping with USPS and UPS with different prices for a speedy delivery or an average 3-5 day delivery.
How long will it take to get my package?
When ordering personalized items, please keep in mind we will be making, setting up and preparing everything behind the scenes in order to get the best print possible. This may take a few days, however it is possible to pay for a Rush Order which will take 2-3 days and be shipped out as soon as it is done. Depending on your location it may take 3-5 days to reach you as we are located in South Florida.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! we ship internationally however the prices do unfortunately spike up. As a business we try to get the best shipping deals possible and will try our utmost to get you a good shipping price.
What payment methods are accepted?
Several payment methods are accepted from credit cards, amazon pay, Paypal, and more. Simply check the checkout page when purchasing and choose the best option for you.
Is buying on-line safe?
Of course! When purchasing we send you an email with an order number and your order details. If anything were to go wrong such as a lost package or a wrong design you may email us at donosoprinting@hotmail.com and let us know how we can help you. All you need to do is send us your order number or a screenshot of your order and we will do our best to assist you in any matter.
